In order to streamline training handling, it is us who settle with the Providers on behalf of our Clients. If necessary, we can also perform settlements for trainings and services provided by other companies.
We sum up all the costs and invoice them once a month.
One of our tasks is planning negotiation strategies for regular Providers and implementing them in collaboration with the Clients. The use of similar training organisation model allows us to reduce service prices significantly.
We select the Provider on the basis of evaluations and recommendations regarding our service providers in the Ornsson Solutions Internal Evaluation System.
If necessary, we envisage the possibility of conducting an audit of trainings carried out by a given Provider.

We take advantage of an instrument that allows us to evaluate the effects of training and guarantees feedback to both parties – our Partners and our Clients.
Within the framework of our services, we undertake to keep and archive the documentation of trainings, evaluations, and costs.
We share the materials collected at request of the Client. Additionally, we offer the option of carrying out complete reporting.
Your responsibilities include only reporting a demand for training, and approving our expenses and the Providers recommended. You sign a single contract and settle with us only.
