Organisation of trainings

We take care of comprehensive handling of trainings, thus reducing the role of the Client to expense approval and final section of Providers recommended by us.

We also contact Course Participants on our own, making sure they receive all the necessary information from us.

 

 

Settlements with providers

In order to streamline training handling, it is us who settle with the Providers on behalf of our Clients. If necessary, we can also perform settlements for trainings and services provided by other companies.

We sum up all the costs and invoice them once a month.

Optimisation of costs

One of our tasks is planning negotiation strategies for regular Providers and implementing them in collaboration with the Clients. The use of similar training organisation model allows us to reduce service prices significantly.

Sourcing

We select the Provider on the basis of evaluations and recommendations regarding our service providers in the Ornsson Solutions Internal Evaluation System.

If necessary, we envisage the possibility of conducting an audit of trainings carried out by a given Provider.

 

Quality evaluation and improvement

Thanks to the Ornsson Solutions Internal Evaluation System, we can keep improving ourselves and increasing the quality of services that we offer.

We take advantage of an instrument that allows us to evaluate the effects of training and guarantees feedback to both parties – our Partners and our Clients.

Administration and archiving

Within the framework of our services, we undertake to keep and archive the documentation of trainings, evaluations, and costs.

We share the materials collected at request of the Client. Additionally, we offer the option of carrying out complete reporting.

What does the training organisation process look like without Ornsson?
Selection of providers

You search for a training company and an Instructor who meet the requirements of your organisation and answer the needs of the Course Participants. To this end, you carry out thorough research online, collect and verify information of service providers present on the market and coordinate meetings with training companies in order to establish details and confirm available dates. Having finally agreed upon and negotiated the cooperation conditions, you seek required approvals within your organisation and then collect signatures required for concluding the contract with the Provider selected. Before the whole process is concluded, it is often necessary to find a new training date.


Logistics service

Your responsibilities include selecting the right training location, establishing the event schedule, organising transport for the participants and finding a catering company. You contact each service provider separately in order to establish the details of cooperation and establish the dates that are convenient for everyone. Additionally, you inform the participants of the training, notify them of presumptive changes, monitor the course of the whole event, and supervise all the organisational matters, the excess of which often does not allow to evaluate the effects of training.


Formalities

You complete the necessary formalities related to training organisation. Supported by your legal department, you prepare the documents required, sign contracts (including the cooperation contract and the confidentiality contract) with individual service providers. Each time you obtain the data of companies and enter them into the accounting system, as well as train the Providers in using the appropriate software. At the end of the process, you receive and process the invoices from all the contractors and then cover the costs of individual services.
