Classes that go beyond academic content. The classes help acquire both hard and soft competencies needed and sought after on the Polish and European labor markets.

The breadth of the subject area allows to explore many aspects of employee and organizational development, which can translate into quality analysis of the organization from a helicopter view.
Among other things, you will learn to create competence matrices, select psychometric tools for ongoing recruitment processes and employee development program, optimize your working time with PowerBI and ChatGPT tools, function in a cross-cultural environment.

Those who have completed their studies at a foreign university should provide a certificate stating that their diploma entitles them to undertake postgraduate studies at SGH.

As part of the fee, SGH will provide the necessary teaching materials and course handouts. The fee also covers the cost of issuing a graduation certificate.
