The truth will always defend itself.

For two decades, I have been designing development paths for companies and people – with a focus on efficiency, quality and real business fit. At Ornsson Solutions, I lead a team of consultants and oversee complex training projects. I take care of budgets (both company’s and clients’), optimize processes, lay out development plans, and ensure that each offering is an accurate response to specific needs.
Before I came to Ornsson, I worked at the Polish Automotive Chamber for 18 years – from training specialist to department director and proxy of a consulting company. I have numerous EU projects to my credit – from writing proposals, to implementation, to settlements. I know what a complex project means and how to bring it to success.
The moments that give me the greatest satisfaction are when the client says: “that was exactly what we needed”. Because that’s what it’s all about – stepping into his shoes and designing something out of true understanding.
After work? Horseback riding, the gym and… art. I paint landscapes with oil paints – one of them won a gold medal at a competition in Turkey. And as in designs – I like to combine precision with emotion.

It's the flow that counts in relationships - that's when things start to fall into place.

At Ornsson Solutions, I am responsible for implementing development activities and building long-term relationships with clients. I like when there is a flow in relationships – because it is from this energy that the best ideas and the most fruitful collaborations come from.
I started my business adventure at the age of 16, and since then I have gone through hundreds of projects and thousands of conversations – both in the B2B and B2C sectors. Today I combine practice with theory: I study at the Warsaw School of Economics, I am active in academic circles and constantly develop my competencies in courses.
After hours? I operate where you wouldn’t expect to meet me – in the kitchen. A break from Excel and CRMs for me is baking cakes, each of which has its own recipe, story and purpose.

Work smart, not hard. The simplest solutions are often the best - and that's what I'm looking for.

I started in the world of ethnographic research, where I spent several years learning about consumer needs “inside out.” Today, I use these skills in my work with Ornsson Solutions’ clients – I design implementation processes, organize training sessions and make sure that everything runs smoothly, smartly and to the benefit of both parties. I value flexibility, acting without unnecessary complications and relationships based on trust.
My greatest satisfaction comes when a client says: “I feel taken care of”. That’s when I know my work makes sense.
After hours, I recharge my batteries with spinning, the gym and walks with my dog. Vacations? Always with my pet, preferably by the water and with delicious food within reach.
Piotr Falfus
Real development starts with people. The rest is just a process.

At Ornsson Solutions, I make sure that the company grows smartly and steadily – both in numbers and in people. I build teams that operate with accountability, without micromanagement. I focus on quality, trust and growth that really shows.
I have more than 10 years in consulting and recruiting – from my first internships, to working at Goldman, to creating new divisions from scratch. I also used to be a soccer scout and had a hand in a transfer to the Premier League – so I know what it means to recognize potential.
After hours, I focus on movement and strategy – tennis, boxing and good RPGs. I support Real Madrid and believe that with the right team you can really achieve a lot.

Silence can also say a lot - you just have to listen carefully.

At Ornsson Solutions, I support people – those who are already with us and those we are just welcoming on board. I’m responsible for HR processes, create solutions that realistically facilitate daily work, and advise the team and management on HR topics.
I have more than 12 years of experience in the industry – from recruitment to training to coaching and process optimization. My greatest satisfaction comes when I see the company grow and people develop in the right direction – because the personnel decisions were right.
Privately, I love traveling, new tastes and smells, but also quieter passions: calligraphy, ukulele, jazz, ethnic rhythms and sudoku. I like things to be put together – sometimes literally, putting together a puzzle.

Nothing is impossible - you just have to want it.

I am involved in all projects from A to Z, taking care of every detail – from the first conversation with the client, through planning and negotiations, to putting the finishing touches on the training. At Ornsson Solutions I design complex development solutions for companies – I listen, plan, organize, coordinate – I act. Quickly, concretely and always with an eye to what will realistically help people and organizations.
The more complicated the project, the more motivated I am – because I know that every challenge is an opportunity for something really good. I value openness, trust and partnership – and that’s what I try to build with every client.
After hours, I swap schedules and emails for mountain hikes, books on human development and concert excitement.
Aleksandra Woźniak
Don't praise the day before sunset - but a well-designed project doesn't like surprises.

I like to have everything under control – from the first contact with the client to polishing the training to the last button. At Ornsson Solutions, I coordinate development projects for companies such as ING, Polpharma, Scheffler and PepsiCo. I meet with clients, gather needs, create training plans, control the quality of offers and negotiate prices – with attention to every detail.
Before I got into the training industry, I managed a team of 80 people in the medical sector and trained employees myself – so I know what development looks like from the inside. One project I’m particularly proud of was designing and implementing the entire consumer satisfaction survey process – from concept to team to final report.
At work, I focus on reliability, conscientiousness and precision. I like everything to work as in a well-programmed game – and the client appreciates it.
After work? Walking the dog, crossword puzzles, Japanese series and chiseling away at details – from makeup to hand-painting figurines. Attentiveness is my superpower – at work and after hours.
Dominika Westfal
The whole universe surrenders to the mind that is peaceful.

On a daily basis, I coordinate development and training projects for Ornsson Solutions’ clients – from plan to implementation. I enjoy working with people, because every collaboration means new insights, new needs and new solutions. I look for them out of the box, listening with attention and supporting with commitment.
I have about five years of experience in the industry, but my path has been unusual – from the Lodz Film School, to educating children in India, to working in administration and internal communications. Each stage has brought something important to my way of working: openness, reflection and readiness to act.
After hours, I seek balance – in movement, nature, books and philosophy. I draw, exercise and write, sometimes I just look at the sky. I value Ayurveda and Buddhism, which remind me that development begins with peace.
Jakub Kopecki
Chaos is an order that only one person understands.

At Ornsson Solutions, I am responsible for the development and quality of outsourcing services – from coordinating activities to taking care of customer relations. I like to act quickly, effectively and in accordance with what the business really needs. I combine sales, project and operational experience, and my greatest satisfaction comes from the satisfaction of the people I work with – on both sides of the process.
Before joining Ornsson, I worked my way up from wholesale and sales application management, to crisis communications, to creating escalation paths and cost-saving procedures. In each role, one thing mattered: understanding the context and finding solutions.
After hours, I travel, cook and try to understand the world – its cultures, flavors and stories. It is my curiosity about people and their differences that inspires me the most.
Ireneusz Wieczorek
I love my job because it's my hobby - so it's safe to say that I haven't worked a single day yet.

Finance is not only my profession – it is my natural environment. For more than 15 years I have been working at the intersection of numbers, strategy and responsible decisions. At Ornsson Solutions, I am responsible for the entire financial area – from liquidity management, to planning, to controlling and cooperation with external accounting. For me, the most important thing is the partnership approach – joint search for solutions, cooperation and simple collegial help.
Over the years I have worked, among others, in VC funds investing in start-ups, in a company listed on the WIG20 index, in a FIZAN fund or cooperating on projects with consulting and investment companies and in the investment banking industry. I also run my own finance and investment business, advising companies in various sectors of the economy – and it is this diversity of projects that drives me the most.
After work? I spend time with my family, and also regularly – back on the field. More than 30 years with soccer is more than a passion – it’s a way of thinking, acting and… keeping in shape also beyond the Exec.
Ewelina Stelmaszczuk
I don't complicate, I just act.

Before coming to Ornsson Solutions, my professional paths ran through catering, customer service, e-commerce and logistics. It was the variety of experiences that taught me to be flexible, responsive and specific in my approach to tasks.
I am just beginning my adventure in the training industry, but action is in my blood. I like things to happen efficiently, and I get the most satisfaction from a task well completed and knowing that the client received concrete, effective help.
After work, I usually escape to travel – preferably quick city breaks or mountain trails. I cook, play handball and firmly believe in a healthy balance between professional commitment and enjoyment of life.
Marcin Hałupka
If you are come up with something - you can create it.

For more than a decade, I’ve been creating strategies that help brands grow – effectively, creatively and head-on. At Ornsson Solutions, I’m responsible for the entire marketing effort: from strategy to communications to sales support. I focus on making sure that marketing translates realistically into growth – trust, reach and results.
I combine agency experience with a practical understanding of the business processes of large companies. I support sales teams, run educational campaigns, design content and visual narratives. I am comfortable with both market analysis and Adobe – because I like to have an impact on the entire process, from idea to publication.
My greatest satisfaction comes when a client says: “This is exactly what we needed.” And then still adds that everything looks great.
After hours I dance latino, visit exhibitions, test new restaurants and pack my suitcase for my next city break. I’m a surveyor by training – and although I work with my head these days, the love of precision is still in my blood.
Jakub Pisarski

At work, the most important thing for me is relationships – both with customers and suppliers. I listen, I inquire, I adjust. I make sure that any training we organize is a real response to the needs of the company in question – not just from the “training list”, but from life. I take care of researching needs, coordinating projects and negotiating – to make sure everything happens smoothly and with value.
Before I came to Ornsson Solutions, I worked in simultaneous translation and proofreading of educational materials, among other things – precision and communication are natural environments for me. And the greatest satisfaction I get is when I know that someone really benefited from what we prepared together.
After work, I grab my camera and go photograph city life. I practice tea culture, go to the gym and like to stop – if only for a moment – in all this running around.
